Since 1988 Mendolia Seafoods, and before it, Fremantle Sardines has fished Western Australian waters to supply wholesale and retail customers a wide range of world class seafood.

Since 2018 the kitchens at Mendolia Seafoods have employed the most quality conscious staff to prepare premium delicacies including Sardines in Traditional Italian Tomato Sauce, Sardines in Native Pepper Berry Leaf, Wild Salmon in Olive Oil, and Australian Tuna in Virgin Olive Oil.
