Please the whole family tonight with easy 5-minute canned tuna tacos! ⠀
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon oil
1 Avocado
Greens of your choice (such as spinach)
1 x 155g can of our Australian tuna drained
4 tortillas
Method
Mix together the mayo, spring onions and lemon or lime juice. Set aside.⠀
Heat oil in a small pan and sautee the tuna, stirring often, until tuna is heated through and very slightly browned, then take pan off the heat.
Heat tortillas over a pan or in the microwave
Place the tuna mixture onto each tortilla, then top each with any greens, mayo mix and avocado!⠀⠀
TIP: This serves 2 people. Double or triple the recipe if needed.
